Bill McAllister

Bill McAllister Bill has been in the music industry for more than a quarter of a century. He was proud and honored to take up the position as Conductor/Musical Director of The Royal Agricultural Society of WA Brass.

He has worked in various fields of music: for 12 years as Arranger/Musician with the Australian Army, touring as a player and musical director for National and International acts, playing for some of the biggest shows that Australia has produced - "Cats", "Les Miserable", "42nd Street", "A Chorus Line", "Fame", "ShoutÉ" - to name but a few, to working in amateur theatre and playing trombone in a local Dixieland band.

Bill is an accomplished Euphonium, Trombone, Piano/Keyboard player, Arranger/Composer and Producer who is in great demand as both a session player and live performer. Bill has composed music for film, TV and radio. He composed the Brass quintet that won the Australian open brass band quartet championship in 2003.
